    Review Summary

" User review of : Randstad unprofessional, just place candidates without adequate job match"

    Overall Feedback

Prosnone, all false promises and very slick.
ConsRandstad Melbourne Australia send candidates without adequate checking. The CV is not tested and poorly matched to skill set required. When a complaint is raised they don't want to know you. When you argue the billing Randstad take legal action for FULL recovery. What is the point of paying a fee to Ranstad for a service they don't provide. You expect candidates to be fully checked out and skills tested, otherwise would advertise it ourselves. Do not use them, they are very unscrupulous and vicious in collecting the fees.
Advice to Managementlisten to your clients and honour your promises. Match the skill set to the clients requirements and just take legal action when RANDSTAD is at fault.

    Review Summary

" User review of : Randstad Randstad - will never use them as a recruiter for any future companies I work for. They lack in understanding, don't meet my needs, don't read emails, clueless and are generally "ditzy blondes"."

    Overall Feedback

ProsPayment of assignments was prompt and hassel free.
ConsGenerally unprofessional - to be told at the end of my interview period (after watching an OHS video and answering a questionnaire) that the consultant I had seen was with another candidate when in FACT I heard the "girls" in the office behind closed doors say she had gone to LUNCH. HA. Strike 1. Strike 2 came when it took the consultant a whole month to contact me. Strike 3 - advised via email that I was unable to work the requested week and was still contacted in that week. Strike 4 - advised via email (again) of my availability in upcoming weeks and was contacted to see if I could work a certain day (which was a day I had stated I would be unavailable to do a job). These people don't read emails and generally don't care.
Advice to ManagementRandstad need to teach their staff professionalism, empathy and to treat every candidate as a potential client and not just a number off the street.
