    Review Summary

    " User review of : Ipa Worked for IPA for several years and have seen many changes. Some have been good but over last two years of me being there under new Senior Management it has been a constant nightmare."

    ProsA lot of nice people who are very able and have good idea's, but are not able to express them see other comments.
    Cons* Bullied by the CeO and her gang. * Senior management under CeO make promises and do not keep to them and we are made to feel it is our fault and we can not speak up about it as they are her friends that she hired, and didn't even use the internal recruitment of her own business. * People from UK part of parent ESH business come and go and try to help yet we are not allowed to speak openly to them and they are lied to by management on performance and excuses are made that it was the new systems fault.
